Health Regeneration Flag

Controls natural health regeneration.

The Health Regeneration flag determines if players can naturally regenerate health when their hunger bar is full.

ALLOW: Health regenerates normally.
DENY: Natural health regeneration is disabled. Players will only be able to heal from other sources like potions or healing actions.
INHERIT: Uses the setting of a larger region or the map default.

Food Level Change Flag

Controls whether players can lose hunger.

Item Frame Place Flag

Controls placing items in item frames.
