Item Frame Rotate Flag

ALLOW: Players can rotate items in frames.
DENY: Players cannot rotate items in frames.
INHERIT: Uses the setting of a larger region or the map default.

Controls rotating items within item frames.

The Item Frame Rotate flag controls whether players can rotate the item that is already inside an item frame.

Use Case: Create a puzzle where players must rotate items to specific positions, but prevent them from accidentally taking the items out.
