Potion Use Flag
Controls whether players can use potions.
The Potion Use flag determines if players can drink potions or throw splash/lingering potions.
- ALLOW: Players can use potions.
- DENY: Players cannot use any potions.
- INHERIT: Uses the setting of a larger region or the map default.
